Bob Beyer has been taking art classes through the Yaquina Art Association for the last 5 years and before that living in Kansas, he took classes through the City in Lawrence.  He calls himself a dabbler and members of the association call him the Skeleton Man ( he has painted watercolors of skeletons dancing, playing basketball, the piano and more). Bob is a retired teacher and he and his wife fill there time with art classes as well as traveling and gardening. He has been married for 52 years. His artwork is somewhat impressionistic and he does some abstracts as well.

Judy Far will be sharing some of her watercolor artwork. After working in municipal government, retirement brought this mid west artist to the Oregon coast where the northwest’ beauty, peace, and history have influenced her artistic expression.  Maintaining her passion for preserving Midwest farmland memories, Oregon beaches and farms have become a new landscape of interest for this evolving watercolorist.

Janice Kobow”s impressionistic realism will be shown in her spotlight show. Janice studied fine art at the University of South Dakota. She likes painting real objects that can convey a mood or feeling to the viewer. She will be showing a variety of watercolor images.
