Free Painting Demo March 31, 2014
The Yaquina Art Association has arranged a free Painting with Yupo Demo on Monday March 31, 2014 from 9am-11am in the upstairs classroom of the Visual Art Center in Nye Beach. You can come and just watch or come and paint along. Randall David Tipton from Lake Oswego OR. is an artist in residency at the Sitka Center for the month of March. As part of his time here he wants to do some outreach into the community and invited the community and those interested in seeing his unusual mixed watermedia technique on Yupo [a plastic paper from Japan].
