Columbia Council of Camera Clubs End of Year Photography Winners announced

The Yaquina Art Association Photographers is pleased to announce the winners for both print and electronic division competitions for the 2012/2013 year through the Columbia Council of Camera Clubs.  The winners of these awards will go on to compete in an end of the year competition with all the award winners throughout the year.  The End of the Year competition will be held in the  4C’s convention in Hood River, Oregon October 11-13th with many of our YAAP members going for classes and workshops.  The Columbia Council of Camera Clubs encompasses photography groups from California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

The awards were as follows:

Monochrome Print winners were Laren Woolley with “Mobius Arch Framing Mt. Whitney”, “Siuslaw Solitude”, “Siuslaw Bridge in Fog” and “Serenity”, Richard LaFond with “Dodie” and JerriLynn Woolley with “Mo’s”.

Color Prints winners were JerriLynn Woolley with “Reflections”, “Into the Surf” and “Yaquina Bay Sunrise”, Morris Grover with “High Ground”, Laren Woolley with “Yosemite Chapel”, and Richard LaFond with “Red Geraniums”.

Electronic Division Winners were Morris Grover with “On the Rocks”, “Thru the Eye of the Storm”,  Vern Bartley with “Ghost Ship”,  Michael Anderson with “Wind Power”, “Prague Street Lady”, “Abandon Villa” and “Wagon at Farewell Bend”, Christian Flores-Munoz with “Thor’s Well”, Laren Woolley with “The Subway”, Ted Crego with “Balloon Flag”, “Herding Sheep”, “Sand Francisco Night Bridge” and “Embarcadero Dock”, Damian Manda with “Moon Over Throgs Neck” and “Worldly Sunset”, Kim Kuc Tran with “Vietnamese Elder”, and JerriLynn Woolley with “Reflections” and “Sneaker Wave”.
