John Bradley 105th birthday celebration
How many watercolor artist can you name that have lived 105 years to show their art in a special show during their birthday. John Bradley is the only person and we are very pleased to bring his amazing talent to you here in Newport, OR. His work is in homes & business around the world.
John has taught classes for Yaquina Art Association for more than 20 years. He is part of Watercolor Society of Oregon (WSO) and has taken workshops around the world. John has always said anyone can be an artist. He is no longer painting so this is your opportunity to get one of his paintings. Most of his watercolors are done by wetting the paper both front & back letting the colors move and then lifting out pigment to bring back the white of the paper.
The Yaquina Art Association Gallery a 501c3 is located in Nye Beach at 789 NW Beach Drive. Hours of operation are 11 am to 4 pm every day.
