Mary Young Glass Artist

Mary Young has been a member of the Yaquina Art Association and has been creating glass art since 2006. It all started when her Dad bought a glass kiln. She started experimenting with melting glass and creating and the passion never stopped. The joy of being creative and the happiness when people appreciate and buy her art has been the most rewarding part of her work.
For years she sold her art at YAA and local Farmers Markets, then went on to create art for Latta’s Fused Glass in Newport. As Merry Glass Studio she now has an online wholesale business. A new retail website will be created soon.
The Yaquina Art Association Gallery a 501c3 is located in Nye Beach at 789 NW Beach Drive. Hours of operation are 11 am to 4 pm every day.
